No. I’m the layer on top. Your existing agency and team keep doing what they’re good at — execution. I review their work, flag what’s leaking, and take ownership of the outcome on your behalf. Can you work across both English and French / Quebec teams?

Yes. I work transparently with your bilingual team and any external Quebec agency. The review focuses on whether the EN and FR funnels are independently performing — not on rewriting French copy. Your team keeps producing the work; I make sure both language surfaces are actually translating into outcomes.

How is this different from hiring another consultant or agency?
