Before you book.

What happens after I pay?

You land on a confirmation page with what to expect next. Within minutes you get a receipt by email. Within 24 hours on weekdays, you get a follow-up email with 3–5 calendar slot options. You pick one. You get a calendar invite (Google / Outlook) with the meeting link.

Can I get a refund?

No. Bookings are non-refundable by design — paying up front filters for serious buyers and lets me prep at depth. If we’re clearly not a fit (which I’ll know in the first five minutes), you still walk out with the leak identification and recommendation that the format promised. The $1,000 Strategy Session is credited against any scoped engagement we agree to after the call.

What if we’re not a fit?

I’ll say so in the first five minutes, then we use the rest of the call to identify the highest-leverage move you should make — whether or not it involves me. You still walk out with the brief I was paid to deliver. Most of the calls I’ve ever taken where the answer was “not me” still ended with a clear next action for the buyer.

Do you sign NDAs before the call?

For 30-min and 60-min calls: NDA signed if you send it after booking — I default to discretion regardless. For the 90-min Strategy Session: NDA is signed in advance as part of the standard onboarding before the prep phase begins.

How is this different from a free discovery call?

A free discovery call is a sales meeting in disguise — both parties are evaluating each other. A paid call inverts that: you’ve committed to the value, so I prep at strategy depth rather than sales depth. The output is a clear leak identification and recommendation, not a pitch deck. Free discovery is fine for vendor-replacement situations; paid is the right move when you actually want to leave with something useful.

What time zones do you work in?

Base time zone is IST (UTC+5:30). I take morning calls (IST 09:00–13:00) which work for India, GCC, Europe; and evening calls (IST 18:00–22:00) which work for India, GCC, US East Coast. Calendar slot options will land in your inbox in your local time zone.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, and major Indian wallets. Razorpay handles the checkout securely. You’ll get a receipt immediately. For invoices or wire transfers (enterprise procurement), email aknigam448@gmail.com — I’ll work with your procurement team directly.

What about enterprise procurement & invoicing?

If your finance team requires a PO, an invoice, or a longer signing process: skip the on-site checkout and email me directly. Enterprise engagements run on a separate lane — scoped, quoted, contracted — not on a marketing-site checkout.
