How do we actually start working together?
You fill the form below. I respond inside 24 hours (weekdays) to book a 30-minute call. Before the call I’ll review your public-facing stack so we go straight to the non-obvious gaps. After the call you get a written 1-page audit within 48 hours. If a longer engagement makes sense, we scope it together — if not, you own the audit anyway.
Will you replace my marketing team or agency?
Usually no — and that’s deliberate. I sit as the independent layer on top of your existing team. I review the work, flag what’s leaking, and take ownership of the outcome on your behalf. Your team keeps executing; I make sure their work translates to real growth.
If the existing team genuinely can’t deliver, I’ll say so directly — and we figure out the right next move together.
How much does this cost?
The first call is $200 / ₹16,800 — paid, prepped, and non-refundable. Setup engagements (Starter tier) start at $750. Ongoing retainers run $1,500–$3,000/month depending on scope. Enterprise scopes are quoted custom. Pricing in USD; INR equivalents on request.
Every scope is written, fixed, and tied to specific outcomes. No retainer creep, no surprise invoices.
Which countries do you work in?
Active engagements across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UK, US, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. Time zone overlap is handled inside the engagement — weekly working sessions are scheduled to your team’s preferred hours. Local-language work (Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin) is supported through your in-house team or a specialist partner; I review whether the work is converting.
What if I’m not sure which service I need yet?
That’s the most common starting point. The 30-minute call is built for it — we walk through your business, the dashboard you read every morning, and where the money goes. By the end, you know which one (or two) of the ten service modules to start with. You’re not picking a service from a menu before we talk — we figure it out together.
