No. I’m the layer on top. Your existing agency and team keep doing what they’re good at — execution. I review their work, flag what’s leaking, and take ownership of the outcome on your behalf. Most founders who hire me keep their existing setup intact. The work just starts producing results because someone independent is finally watching it.
Can you advise on multi-market APAC, not just Singapore?
Yes — that’s the most common engagement shape for SG-headquartered founders. The review covers your full APAC footprint (typically SG, MY, ID, TH, VN, PH) so you understand which markets are actually performing and which ones are being subsidised by the aggregate. Local execution stays with your existing in-market teams and agencies; I review the system on your behalf.
How is this different from hiring another consultant or agency?
Most consultants and agencies want to replace what’s already in place — that’s how they bill. I don’t. I’m paid to make what’s already there work harder for you. I don’t bill hourly for execution. I bill for judgment, oversight, and outcome ownership.
