Your team executes. Your agency bills. I make sure it’s actually working for you.
I’m the independent layer between Saudi founders and their marketing. I review what your team and agency deliver across Arabic-first surfaces, paid, organic, and AI-discoverability, QA the work end-to-end, and take ownership of the growth outcome on your behalf — so every riyal spent actually translates into market share, revenue, and pipeline.
Your team keeps executing. Your agency keeps delivering. My job is making sure both are actually moving your business.
Your growth runs on six layers. Most teams are paid for one. No one is checking the rest.
Your agency owns acquisition. Your team owns ops. But growth lives across all six layers, and the leaks are almost always in the layers nobody is paid to watch. An independent review surfaces what no one inside has the mandate — or the distance — to flag.

// PATTERN Your team is working hard on layer 01. The other five layers leak quietly — they’re nobody’s job to QA from the inside. Independent review catches what insiders can’t.
Your team isn’t lying. They’re inside the system. Here’s what only outside eyes catch.
Vision 2030 is growing the market faster than agency competence
Demand is exploding across retail, hospitality, healthcare, fintech. Agency capability hasn’t kept up — and your retainer is paying the gap whether you’ve noticed or not.
Arabic-first SEO and SEM treated as English afterthoughts
Keyword research, schema, AI-citations and SERP positioning are tuned in English and translated. The Arabic-buyer journey is rarely reviewed with the same depth — and the Saudi buyer is searching primarily in Arabic.
Government-aligned brand work disconnected from demand engines
Brand campaigns aligned to Vision 2030 themes run alongside performance work that has no idea those campaigns exist. Two reports, two strategies, zero connection.
Regional ad accounts treat KSA as a UAE rounding error
The largest GCC market by population gets the second-priority account setup. Bidding, audiences, creative — all calibrated for UAE-buyer behaviour and reused in KSA.
Content compliance not built into the funnel
GCAM, MOC, sector-specific rules. Most agencies treat compliance as a creative-approval step. They don’t check whether the funnel itself is exposed.
Local talent shortage = overpromised, under-executed retainers
Senior strategists are in short supply. Many agencies sell senior thinking and deliver mid-level execution. Without independent oversight, nobody flags the gap.
// THE REPORT looks fine. The bank account disagrees.
Your team is doing good work. Why isn’t it translating?
- Nobody owns the outcome. Agency owns campaigns. Team owns ops. Founder owns everything. The actual outcome — is this making us money — is split four ways and ends up nobody’s mandate.
- Wrong KPIs go unchallenged. Cost-per-lead instead of cost-per-customer. CTR instead of revenue-per-session. The agency optimises the metric they’re measured on — even when it’s the wrong metric.
- Strategy stays in execution mode. Everyone is heads-down on this week’s launch. No one zooms out monthly to ask: is the system actually growing share? Is the bigger play still right?
- Issues compound because nobody flags them. A misfiring pixel in January is still misfiring in June. A weak audience definition in Q1 wastes the whole year. Internal teams rarely have the political space to call it out.
An agency optimises campaigns. An independent reviewer optimises the entire system on your behalf.
Six layers of work. Six layers I review and own the outcome of.
Your agency executes inside one layer. Your team executes inside another. I review across all six and take ownership of the result the founder actually cares about — growth that shows up in the bank, not just on the dashboard. Your existing team and agency keep running. I make sure their work translates.
Is acquisition actually efficient?
I audit your agency’s campaigns: bidding, audiences, creative, attribution. The numbers behind their numbers.
02 — VISIBILITYAre you findable where it matters?
I review SEO health, AI-citation footprint, and GEO positioning. Where you should be visible — and quietly aren’t.
03 — MEASUREMENTAre the numbers actually real?
I QA your tracking: sGTM, CAPI, attribution. Most agencies optimise against broken data without knowing.
04 — CONVERSIONIs the funnel actually converting?
I review landing pages, checkout, mobile speed, friction points. The journey the agency drives traffic to — but rarely walks themselves.
05 — AUTOMATIONAre the workflows actually triggering?
I audit your CRM, lead routing, WhatsApp flows, retention sequences. The mid-funnel layer where revenue silently leaks.
06 — BRANDIs positioning landing?
I review positioning, message consistency, AI-citable surface area. The layer no agency is paid to fix — and the one that compounds longest.
Numbers from engagements where outside review caught what the team and agency missed.
All clients anonymised at their request. Named references available under NDA after a first scoping call. In every case the existing team and agency stayed in place — the work just started translating.
Recovered after a positioning & GTM audit caught a misaligned regional message the in-house team had been defending for a year. International fine-fragrance house · GCC + India + Pakistan.
After a measurement audit found ~40% of conversions weren’t firing into the agency’s reports. Specialty industrial exporter · India → global.
After an iOS-tracking repair the existing agency hadn’t flagged, plus a checkout-friction review. Premium tea brand · Shopify.
After an AI-visibility review surfaced citation gaps the internal team didn’t know existed. Category-defining personal brand · India + UAE.

Stop hoping it’s working. Start knowing.
30 minutes. ₹16,800 / $200. Paid, non-refundable, on purpose — it filters for founders who actually want their marketing reviewed, and lets me prep at audit depth, not sales depth.
- Direct to me. The reviewer is also the senior operator. No juniors, no discovery theatre.
- NDA-friendly by default. Your team, your agency, your dashboards — fully confidential.
- Independent, not competing. I’m not pitching to replace your team. You leave with a clear read whether or not we work together.
Three steps. No mystery.
-
01// WITHIN 24H · WEEKDAYS
I review your public stack
Site, public ads, AI-citations, organic surface. Before the call I’ve already seen what’s visible to the outside — and what isn’t. No introductory questions; we go straight to the gaps.
-
02// THE CALL · 30 MIN
We walk through your team & agency setup
Working session. You show me who owns what, which dashboards you read, what your agency reports. I tell you what’s missing, what isn’t being QA’d, and where the outcome is silently slipping.
-
03// WITHIN 48H
Written review report
1-page memo: what’s working, what’s leaking, what your team or agency should fix this month. You hand it to them. You own the memo whether or not we work together again.
What founders ask before booking.
Are you replacing my team or agency?
No. I’m the layer on top. Your existing agency and team keep doing what they’re good at — execution. I review their work, flag what’s leaking, and take ownership of the outcome on your behalf. Most founders who hire me keep their existing setup intact. The work just starts producing results because someone independent is finally watching it.
Do you understand Arabic-language SEO, AI-search, and KSA buyer behaviour?
Yes. The review explicitly covers Arabic-first search visibility (Google, Bing, and AI surfaces), Arabic-language schema and entity strategy, and how Saudi-buyer behaviour differs from broader GCC. I don’t write the Arabic copy — your team does — but I’ll audit whether what they’re producing is actually being found and converting in the markets you sell into.
How is this different from hiring another consultant or agency?
Most consultants and agencies want to replace what’s already in place — that’s how they bill. I don’t. I’m paid to make what’s already there work harder for you. I don’t bill hourly for execution. I bill for judgment, oversight, and outcome ownership.
It’s a different lane, and intentionally a much smaller one. If you want execution, hire an agency. If you want someone making sure that execution is actually working, hire me on top.
Who is this for?
Indian founders, D2C operators, and business owners spending between roughly ₹2L/month and ₹2Cr/month on marketing. You already have a team or agency executing. You want a senior outside voice reviewing the work and owning the outcome — not another vendor pitching for execution budget.
If you don’t have any team or agency yet, this isn’t the right call — you need execution first, oversight second.
What if I’m at a larger brand?
Skip the on-site checkout. Email aknigam448@gmail.com directly. Enterprise engagements — oversight retainers, quarterly reviews, board-level reporting — run on a separate lane: scoped, quoted, contracted, billed by invoice.
Your market is growing. Your oversight should grow with it.
30 minutes. Paid, prepped, direct. Your team keeps executing. Your agency keeps delivering. I bring the independent check that makes sure both are actually winning share in the fastest-growing GCC market — not just keeping up.
